An Exercise to enhance Memory

Steps to Do This Simple Exercise

Stand & your feet should be pointing straight ahead.

Spread your feet apart about shoulder width.

Hold your right earlobe with the thumb & finger of your left hand.

Cross over your left arm & do the same with your right hand on the left earlobe.

Then squat as fully as you can, breathing in.

Breathe in as you squat.

That's a little counter intuitive.

Then breathe out as you stand.

The breathing needs to be synchronized with squats.

Continue this motion repetitively while holding both earlobes as much as you can.

Try to do it for around 5 minutes. If you can do it more than 5 minutes it is good.

This exercise can be done by any1 at any age & should be done on a daily basis until the fog lifts!

This simple exercise energises our brains & neurons.
