How to Protect Yourself from Cancer by Supporting Mitochondrial Health

 Cancer development is closely linked to mitochondrial dysfunction. Healthy mitochondria regulate energy production, apoptosis (programmed cell death), and oxidative balance — all of which are critical in preventing uncontrolled cell growth.
