Roger that

I was watching a US Army footage with some of my friends. The footage was old & the audio quality was poor. Many times the word Roger was repeated in the footage. Some of my friends thought that there was a guy named Roger in the footage.

Many will think the same however no Army personnel’s name was Roger in that footage.

“Roger” is a slang word, usually used in radio transmissions such as military communications.

“Roger” in US Army or US defence agencies like FBI or CIA means “received”. Many times Army or military personnel or FBI or CIA agents say “Roger that” or “Copy that” it means “received that” or “understood that”

“Roger over” or “Copy over” means “received & waiting for next message”

Some other slang words or jargons often used by Military personnel during radio transmission are “BOLO” means “be on the look out”.

“Out” means "I have finished speaking, & the conversation is finished; don't reply".

“Pop smoke” means “leave”.

“Wilco” means “will comply”.

“0 dark 30” means “Too early in the morning”.

Chidambara Rahasayam

Rahasayam means a mystery. Being born in Mrig Nakshatra I’m found of studying mysterious subjects. As a child I had tremendous desire to know about Chidambara Rahasayam. I tried to search information about it but I wasn’t content with what I understood about it. My curiosity made me visit Chidambaram Temple in Tamil Nadu. In the temple I asked some saints about Chidambara Rahasayam.

The saints told that in some people’s opinion GOD can only be accessed after death i.e. posthumously but in reality one can even access GOD when he/she is alive.

They added that everything is a creation of GOD & GOD is immanent, omnipresent & transcendent.

In simple words people following Hinduism believe that GOD is the creator of everything & GOD is everywhere (sky, earth & underground) i.e. GOD is ‘here & now’ & ‘here & beyond.’

To understand how everything is divinity’s creation we first need to understand that to create anything 5 elements are required i.e. Space, Fire, Earth, Air, & Water. We all know that without space any creation is impossible, thus space has to be created first. We all even know that space is divinity’s creation as creating space requires time & time is not in any human’s control, it’s only controlled by almighty.

Chidambara is made up of 2 words. Chit & Ambar. Chit means consciousness & Ambaram means sky or covering. Thus Chidambara means one who is conscious & covers space.

Many people following Hinduism worship Fire, Earth, Air & Water, but forget to worship space. We may have seen many times that after performing Pooja or Aarti a priest looks above in the sky (space) & even points essence sticks & Aarti lamp towards sky (space).

Many times sports players look at the sky (space) after giving their best performance. Some soccer players point their finger towards sky (space) after scoring a goal or after winning a match, some cricket players especially Mr. Tendulkar points his cricket bat towards sky (space) after scoring a century.

Many spectators don’t know much about these gestures. They wonder why priests, sports players do this act. This is the Rahasyam, thus it’s known as Chidambara Rahasayam.

Badhak Graha

Badhak Graha is a planet that causes impediments or obstacles or slows life’s progress during its Dasha or Mahadasha.

Badhak Graha for a person depends on that person’s Birth Ascendant.

If a person’s birth Ascendant is a Movable Sign i.e. Aries, Cancer, Libra & Capricorn then the Badhak Graha will be Lord of 11th house.

If a person’s birth Ascendant is a Fixed Sign i.e. Taurus, Leo, Scorpio & Aquarius then the Badhak Graha will be Lord of 9th house.

If a person’s birth Ascendant is a Dual Sign i.e. Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius & Pisces then the Badhak Graha will be Lord of 7th house.

Although Badhak Graha causes impediments or obstacles or slows life’s progress but it’s necessary to study the Badhak planet’s auspiciousness or inauspiciousness in a person’s birth chart. At times Badhak Grahas are strong or auspicious or favourable in that case the gravity of impediments or obstacles may become less.

It’s necessary to be flexible while studying a Badhak Graha. For example for people born under Dual Ascendants, Lord of 7th house is Badhak Graha. 7th house is connected with partner or marriage but not all people born under dual signed Ascendant suffer in their partnership or marriage during the dasha or antar dasha of a Lord of 7th house. Similarly for all people born under movable signed Ascendant Lord of 11th house is Badhak Graha. 11th house is connected with benefits or profits, but not all people born under movable Ascendant suffer losses all the time during the dasha or antar dasha of Lord of 11th house. The same can be understood for people born under fixed Ascendants, Lord of 9th house is Badhak Graha here. 9th house is connected with short journeys, spirituality, fate, etc but not all suffer during their short journeys or in spirituality or suffer bad luck during the dasha or antardasha of Lord of 9th house.

If a malefic planet is in conjunction or aspects the Badhak Graha in a person’s birth chart, or if the position of Badhak Graha is weak in a person’s birth chart then there is a strong possibility of him/her to suffer impediments or obstacles during the Dasha & Antar Dasha of the Badhak Graha as a malefic can spoil the Badhak Graha or make the Badhak Graha weak.

Alpha and Beta Males/Females as per Astrology

Alpha males/females are ambitious, aggressive, bossy, demanding, dominating, impatient, impulsive, macho, outgoing, risk takers, they may also have rash temperament, they get excited easily, they have high confidence, they want to lead or have a strong urge to always take important roles in a group; others find it difficult to work with them or manage them. According to Astrology if a person’s birth Ascendant, Lord of birth Ascendant & Moon are in Fiery Signs i.e. (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) then he/she will have the qualities and traits of an alpha male/female.

Beta Males are cautious, dependable, down to earth, grounded, helpful, humble, idealistic, kind, manageable, moderate, patient, polite, practical, realistic, reliable, reserved, responsible, selfless, self-conscious, sensitive, submissive, thoughtful, trustworthy, they don’t get excited soon, they may prefer to keep their profile low, etc. According to Astrology if a person’s birth Ascendant, Lord of birth Ascendant & Moon all in Earth Signs i.e. (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) then he/she will have the qualities & traits of beta male/female.

In most cases a person has some qualities of Alpha & Beta both, as there are 4 types of signs i.e. Fiery, Earthy, Airy & Watery. Thus amongst Ascendant, Lord of Ascendant and Moon if they are in different signs then a person can have qualities of Alpha & Beta both.

Also there are other types of people also like Gama males/females, etc.

Traveller & non-travellers

People with birth ascendant, Lord of ascendant & Moon in movable signs i.e. (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) are found of travelling & they keep moving from one place to another. They aren’t very comfortable being at one place.

People with birth ascendant, Lord of ascendant & Moon in fixed signs i.e. (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) aren’t found of travelling & they prefer to be at one place. In certain cases these people remain in their birth place throughout their life.

People with birth ascendant, Lord of ascendant & Moon in dual signs i.e. (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) at times like travelling & exploring different places & at times they don’t.

The above factors should be considered before getting into a relationship with someone as one’s temperament may be different from his/her partner.
