Cheapest Remedy for Migraine

Below is a remedy for Migraine that is easy to follow.

I hope it’ll work since it has worked for many people whom I know & many people have got benefits from this remedy.

The remedy is mentioned below: -

You may try this method. I assure you it's harmless. The 2 simple items you require are easily available edibles.

I'm sorry I don't know the English terms for these edibles but you can ask any Indian dry fruit or herbs dealers based in your country or Google search using Google Images

The main ingredients are 1. Munakka (in some countries it’s called as Corinth, some countries call it raisin & some countries call it currant) Munakka is generally 3 times the size of Kismis or raisin & it has more healing capacity than Kismis or raisin. The 2nd item is Camphor.

Take a Munakka, with the help of ordinary tweezers remove its seeds if any present in it. Fill it with camphor I don't suggest the wax based camphor here instead I suggest "Bhimsaini camphor", you may get it easily from any dry fruit or herb dealer if not then perhaps an Indian dry fruit or herb dealer should be able to help.

Put the Munakka filled with camphor (a single piece) in a bowl. Fix the alarm clock to such a setting that you are awaken at least 1 hour before sunrise. Brush your teeth. Empty your bowels & on an empty stomach eat the Munakka filled with camphor gently by chewing it slowly & then eat it altogether.

The taste will be acrid. It may seem a bit tasteless.

Even if you'll not feel sleepy return to the bed & sleep for an hour by covering your head with a blanket. It's a must.

If you'll do this for 3 continuous days to 1 week you'll find a miracle if you won't then repeat it for some more days.

There are no side effects or after effects of this treatment.

I wish you good luck for it.

Some other home remedies which can help in long run to prevent or decrease the intensity of this pain are mentioned below

1) A few drops of Neem leaves juice if inhaled nasally once a day gives very good benefits not only for Migraine pain but it also increases memory power, improves eyesight, keeps the hair black & also improves hearing power.

2) Pure Cow Ghee also can be inhaled nasally it’s also a good remedy for Migraine pain since it lubricates all the veins & vessels in brain.

3) Warm sesame oil massage on head every alternate day i.e. Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday can also keeps this pain at bay as it improves blood circulation in brain.

4) Avoid Coffee, Tea, Chocolates, Ice-Creams & any diuretic food which increases the flow of water from body.

5) If you can't do without Tea then you may add a pinch of Liquorice powder, Ginger powder, Fennel, Cinnamon powder, Bishop's weed powder also known as (carom seeds, oregano, thymol seeds), Coriander, Cumin seeds powder & Fenugreek powder to your tea. This will make tea less diuretic & thus wouldn't make body dry. These ingredients are anti-vata hence help in Migraine problems.

Hope you'll find it beneficial.

Gautam Buddha's Ashtanga Marg (The 8th Fold Path):

Every1 in this world has to face sorrow.

Man craves for many things.

Huna

I follow the path of Huna. Commonly the word used is Aloha

My attitude or way of living is somewhat like the "Aloha Spirit".

1 of the teaching of Aloha is:

Aloha is being a part of all, & all being a part of me.

When there is pain - it is my pain.

When there is joy - it is also mine.

I respect all that is as part of the Creator & part of me.

I will not willfully harm anyone or anything.

When food is needed I will take only my need & explain why it is being taken.

The earth, the sky, the sea are mine to care for, to cherish & to protect.

This is Hawaiian - this is Aloha

The fundamental code of Ethics of Aloha

This code is found within a deeper layer of the meaning of the word Aloha. The code is derived from 1 of the acronymic meanings of Aloha.

A, ala, watchful, alertness

L, lokahi, working with unity

O, oia'i'o, truthful honesty

H, ha'aha'a, humility

A, ahonui, patient perseverance

The root words that make up ALOHA

alo, 1. sharing 2. in the present

oha, joyous affection, joy

ha, life energy, life, breath

Another translation of Aloha gives us the a prime method of acquiring the Mana or spiritual influence, to use in manifesting. Breathing in the present moment. Awareness of your breath & correct normal breathing increases Mana & concentrated breathing increases mana even more.
