A poor Scottish farmer Fleming heard a boy’s cry for help. That boy was mired to his waist in block muck was struggling to free himself. Fleming saved the boy.
Next day an elegantly dressed nobleman came to Fleming & said, ‘you’ve saved my son. I want to reward you for your act.’
Fleming replied 'No, I cannot accept any reward for my act. It was my duty,'
The noble man then asked Fleming 'Is that your son?' pointing to a boy standing nearby Fleming. Fleming nodded in affirmation.
The nobleman offered to educate Fleming's son as a goodwill gesture & assured him that one day his son will make him feel proud.
Years passed. Fleming's son became Sir Alexander Fleming, & discovered Penicillin. Some years later, the nobleman's son was stricken with deadly pneumonia but was saved by Penicillin vaccine which was discovered by Sir Alexander Fleming.
The nobleman who had helped Fleming’s son was Lord Randolph Churchill & his son was saved by Sir Alexander Fleming was Sir Winston Churchill.
Many similar incidents like the above have happened in my life. One such incident was during the early 1990s my TV stopped working. Although my father could have purchased another TV he thought of getting it repaired as my mother was very found of that TV.
During that time to get a TV technician wasn’t so easy. Although we showed it to some technicians but they weren’t able to make it normal & repairing also hardly used to happen at a good pace. We were patiently waiting for it to become fine.
My uncle came to know that our TV has stopped working. He had 4 TVs in his house that time so he gave 1 TV to us. My father had promised him that once our TV becomes normal he’ll return his TV with something more. It was fine for him.
We used his TV for some days. When our TV got repaired & worked properly my father took my uncle’s TV to return it. He took it but refused to accept money which my father wanted to give him as a goodwill gesture.
20 years after the above mentioned incident a lot of people have started using computer, smart-phone & tablet. My uncle & his brothers used to have difficulties in using a computer, laptop, smart-phone & tablet. I’ve helped them many times & taught them how to use these electronic gadgets like computer, laptop, smart-phones, tablets, etc & even repaired their computer & laptops. I’ve even helped them with Astrology, Vastu-Shastra, & Medicines & given them some psychological support sometimes being a student of Psychology as they all don’t have children.
The law of Karma is a Universal Law & it states that nothing happens by chance or outside the Universal Laws. Every action has a reaction or consequence & we “reap what we’ve sown.”
Thus what goes around comes around.
