If you hardly travel by airways then you may not have bothered about its food’s taste but if you travel frequently then you may have found that food served in airline isn’t so tasty.
Although most of the airliners get food from reputed restaurants their food still tastes blander than usual.

These conditions makes nose less receptive thus food’s aroma doesn’t reach nose properly & food without aroma may not taste so delicious.
