An economical way to enhance mood with Lemon

Scientists at Tel Aviv University suggest that citrus fragrances – particularly lemon – can alleviate depression & boost our mood.

Lemon smell indeed boosts serotonin levels (a feel-good hormone) & lowers levels of norepinephrine (a stress hormone)

Putting lemon juice in bathing water is also beneficial & can enhance your mood.

It is also a natural bleaching agent.
