Gautam Buddha's Ashtanga Marg (The 8th Fold Path):

Every1 in this world has to face sorrow.

Man craves for many things.

He becomes unhappy if he doesn't get what he desires.

The craving is "thirst" or "trishna"

Conquering trishna is grief or sorrow.

Purity of behaviour is the way to freedom from sorrow.

Proper Attitude, Balanced Thinking, Balanced Speech, Proper Action, Earning livelihood by proper means, Proper Exercise, Proper Memory & proper Samadhi are the 8 principles.

If 1 leads life in accordance with these 1 can conquer sorrow.

This is the 8th fold path (Ashtanga Marg) that Lord Buddha preached.
