How to have bath

You may think that it’s something so easy as humans have bath once, twice or sometimes thrice daily but I think that many don’t know how to have bath hence I’ve shared it.

Many have bath using shower stream which showers water on head first. Some don’t use shower but they pour water first on head.

Water should be poured from bottom to top.

It should be poured first on legs, below our knees i.e. shin & calf muscles. This should be done several times followed by pouring water on thighs, then on stomach, then on chest & then on head.

This technique is beneficial as mostly head’s blood is warmer than body’s blood.

Thus water shouldn't be poured on head first as room temperature water is cooler than head blood’s temperature. This may cause a sudden change in head’s temperature which isn’t good.

We all know that heat flows from hot surface to cold surface.

When water is poured on legs below knees i.e. shin & calf muscles first it enhances body’s blood flow.  Thus warm blood in head flows down & blood which has become cold by pouring water flows up towards head.

This blood circulation makes body’s & head’s temperature equal & once it becomes equal then water can be poured on head.
