Chromatics - Tick of the clock

Tick of the clock by Chromatics is from their album Night Drive. It released in year 2007. I’m very fond of this sound track. It reminds me of time ticking & I feel the importance of time in my life. I first heard this track in the movie “Drive” (2011). The sound track begins in the initial stages of the movie when Ryan Gosling is sitting in his car at night. It was even used in “Taken 2” (2012) in a car drive & chase scene.

Some companies have also used this sound track. Taiwan’s HTC for their phone HTC 1 X. The advertisement featured photographer Nick Jojola & model Roberta Mancino falling from a C 130 Hercules airplane. Nick falls at 126 miles/hr & shoots Roberta’s video & clicks her photos simultaneously. He even uploads it before reaching ground. Germany’s “Commerz Bank” advertisement also used this sound track. The advertisement featured Lena Kuske jogging at some spectacular German locations before sunrise & after that she reaches her office.
